How quickly will I receive a response?

We respond to most inquiries within 2–4 business hours. Applications and maintenance requests are typically acknowledged the same day.

Do I have to agree to SMS messages to apply?

No. SMS consent is completely optional and is never a condition of applying for housing or receiving services. You can reach us by email or phone instead.

How do I stop receiving SMS messages?

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. You can also email us to be unsubscribed manually.
